We are a company with more than 52 years of experience in the national and international market, developing projects in different sectors such as: energy, water, mining, cement, oil & gas, industrial, infrastructure, among others.
We currently offer the market complete construction solutions, integrating civil works and electromechanical assemblies, obtaining great recognition through our solid corporate values: transparency in the development of all our businesses, commitment and compliance to our customers, suppliers and subcontractors, professional and economic development of our workers and high standards of industrial safety in all our projects.

Our value proposition will exceed our clients’ expectations, with early delivery of their projects and the best safety indexes in the industry. We will maintain a sustained growth in sales of at least 20% annually, in which the development of infrastructure projects will represent a significant portion of our revenues; additionally, we will ensure a backlog of more than two years in long-term contracts.

OF GROWTH
THE IDEA OF SERVICE
In 1968, after 5 years of working first with the Cement Industry (Cementos Diamante in Apulo and Buenos Aires) and then with the materials handling equipment industry (Rapiscol), we made the decision to form a Company related to our personal experience. The Manager of this newly founded Engineering Company was Guillermo Londoño.
STARTING OPERATIONS
The company began working with clients such as the Soda Plant (in Cartagena and Zipaquirá), American Pipe (in the construction of Tibito II), Cementos Diamante (conversion to coal and redesign of cement packers), Cementos Samper, Cementos Boyacá, and some smaller ones (aggregate plant designs and optimization of crushing systems).
TOWARDS SPECIALIZATION
“I (Hernando Londoño) took the Presidency and directed the Company towards a more specialized path aligned with my experience. Fortunately, clients began to increase and contracts grew in size. It was then that HL Ingenieros S.A., known today by all, was entrusted with the assembly of the mail system that Adpostal had contracted with G.E. from England.”
DEVELOPMENT
“To execute this contract, the Company had the fortune of crossing paths with Dr. Marco Arturo Muñoz, who is and has been an integral part of the successful development of HL Ingenieros S.A. Soon, he brought us one of the most important contracts in our development: project management, manufacturing of equipment and structures, mechanical and electrical assembly of a complete cement line for Cementos Del Norte in Cúcuta.”

I am a Mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in administration, Specializing in Project Management and Direction.
With more than 37 years of experience in the Heavy Construction sector. 28 years as part of the HL Group, where I have served as Project Manager for 11 years, Colombia Manager for 3 years, Vice President of Operations for 10 years, and ECOHL Manager for the last 4 years. This group in the company serves our clients in EPCM services, project management, auditing, commissioning, contract administration, and risk management.
